Warranty/repair

Our standard warranty covers repair or replacement of product that fails due to defects in materials or workmanship.  Our EnerGenius IQ is covered for five years from date of shipment, the NRG and ECU for three years, and the rest of our charges and systems for two years from date of shipment.

We also offer optional field service coverage and extended coverage for NRG chargers; in addition to repair or replacement, the field service option covers your field service costs, up to the amount you paid for the charger.

We offer evaluation and repair services regardless of warranty status. Please contact technical support for an RMA prior to return, if possible before buying a replacement or taking a unit out of service. We will need the full model and serial number of the charger, type of batteries being charged, and a description of the problem. While our standard repair turnaround is under one week, we also keep a stock of refurbished units for emergency replacement.
