Although we are proud of our products’ high performance and solid reliability, the biggest competitive advantage of SENS is the excellence of our service. Our high-energy staff shares a vision of meeting customer expectations with accuracy, courtesy and speed.

To back up this vision SENS has invested heavily in systems and procedures necessary to minimize errors and insure accurate, on-time service. Our lean manufacturing system, for example, is optimized to build each product to customer order fast and correctly, with 5 times the number of inspections of conventional assembly processes. At SENS every order is double checked prior to entry into our information system. Each assembly cell in our factory is electronically linked with key suppliers to insure sufficient materials are available at all times. The result of this system is  consistently excellent on-time shipment performance, outstanding product quality and industry-leading value.

SENS shipment performance consistently exceeds 98% on-time delivery.  If we are late on a delivery, it is typically no more than a single business day.
